We do not offer refunds on any services received by clients. This applies to gift card, credit cards, cash and vouchers. All services are at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any reaction you may have to any of our treatments.
We are not required to carry insurance and do not have any.

Appointments And Refunds
Beauty By Mila has a "No Refund" Policy once an appointment has been booked and or a customer has entered a treatment room.
Our Contractors are Licensed and trained in their specialties, but you are using their services "At Your Own Risk."
Appointments must be rescheduled more than 24 Hours in advance.
CANCELLATIONS
Once you have booked your appointment, you are expected to make your appointment. If you need to cancel, we require a 24-hour notice. If you do not cancel within this time period, Deposits, Vouchers, Gift Certificates etc. will be forefitted and not refunded.
If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, it will be considered a canceled appointment without notification and you will not receive a refund for your services. Please respect our time.
